We bill upfront for the month

We collect the keys and alarm codes at the signing
Because all cleanings are done overnight, we no longer offer day porter service. But no worries we have $1 million in insurance coverage
We have a minimum of 3 days per week required
You’re welcome to have us out 7 days a week if You like. …

If your office isn’t sparkly clean, I will refund your days cleaning plus clean up to ten first-floor windows, inside and out. After that, I will shampoo your carpets(one room), vacuum, deodorizer, and apply scotch guard protection. That alone is $199 value!
